Through tests , the influence from synthesized time, the value of pH, and electropositive for coagulant are researched. and the optium ratio of the new compounded coagulant CD is 70g raw material (aluminum ore : aluminate calcium to is 3 : 4) : 100mL hydrochloric acid (concentration is 26%) : 2gFeCl3 ? 6H2O; the optium time is 2 hours, the optium value of pH is 4.0, the optium electropositive is 80%.The coagulant CD is compared with PAC,PFS, the coagulant effect and remove oil ability also are better .than the another two When the same effect was attained, the dosage of CD is smaller than the other two The use of the assisting coagulant can improve the coagulation effect, and cation assisting coagulant fits the CD coagulant,.through the coagulant tests and kinetics, the optium conditions are chosen , the optium dosage is 150mg/L,the value of pH range is 69,the temperature range is 5℃30℃, fast stirring velocity and time is 300r/min and 2min separately ,low stirring velocity and time is 125r/min and 1min separately.The infrared spectrum improves coagulant is macromolecular polymer; the coagulation mechanism of coagulant CD is electric charge neutralization and adsorption and bridging of macromolecular polymer.This article research the application and economic value. So the above examples indicates the applicable value of coagulant CD.
