Mesoporous zincum sulfide materials have the unique character of photoelectricity, with nicer applying foreground in photocatalysis, photoconducting device, photochromic materials, electrechromic materials and so on .Mesoporous zincum sulfide is synthesized by room-temperature method and hydrothermal technique, employing the surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB), duodecimal alkyl sulfonic natrium(SDS) and lauryl amine(DDA) as templates. All kinds of technic parameters' influence to the synthesis has been systematically discussed, and the extracting of templates have been investigated. In my work, mesoporous lamellar zincum sulfide is synthesized by hydrothermal techniques, with CTAB as templates and Zinc acetate and sulfourea as precursors. The best reactive condition is as follows: the ratio of reactive components is CTAB:Zinc acetate:sulfourea:water=1:3:10:1388; the volume of pH is 4.4; the best hydrothermal parameter is 100℃ for 48h. The as-synthesized samples have a suit of lamellar diffraction apexes, corresponding to the interplanar distance of (33.0 ?,16.7 ?,11.1 ?). SEM images of the as-synthesized samples show the structure of lamina, and UV-vis specta shows obvious blue shift in comparison with the bulk ZnS, which indicates great applying foreground in the photochromic field. Mesoporous lamellar zincum sulfide is synthesized by hydrothermal techniques, with SDS as templates and Zinc acetate as precursors. When sulfourea is uesd by hydrothermal techniques, two suits of mesoporous lamellar diffraction apexes are obtained ,corresponding to the interplanar distance of (33.2 ?,16.5 ?,11.1 ?) and (25.2 ?,12.5 ?); when sodium sulfide is used by room-temperature techniques, mesoporous lamellar strcuture corresponding to the interplanar distance of (35.9 ?,18.2 ?,12.2 ?) is gained. And the intensity of diffraction apexes of the former is stronger than the latter. Mesoporous zincum sulfide is synthesized by gentle wet chemosynthesis method, with DDA as templates and Zinc acetate and TAA as precursors. The effect to the synthesis of the ratio of reactive components, the volume of pH, reactive time and reactive temperature has been dicussed systematically, and structures of the as-synthesized samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform-infrared spectra(FT-IR), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy(TEM). As a result, the best technic condition for the synthesis is as follows: Zn(Ac)2:TAA:DDA:H2O:C2H5OH=1:1.2:0.72:725:37.3; the volume of pH is 8.2; the reactive temperature is 80℃ and the time is 2h. The interplanar distance of thediffraction apexe is 42.3?. Mesoporous structures have been destroied calcined under 300℃; the as-synthesized samples under neutrallty condition can't remain structures after extracting; the as-synthesized samples under pH of 8.2 still remain mesoporous structures after extracting. TEM images show the out-of-order worm-hole structure after extraction. UV-vis specta shows obvious blue shift in comparison with the bulk ZnS, which indicates great applying foreground in the photochromic field.
