Several macromolecule blending systems, including LLPE/EVA, LLPE/EVA/ wollastonites, and LLPE/HDPE, were prepared by XJ-20 screw extrusion machine with the method of mechanical blending. The mechanical property of the blending sample such as tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, and the crystallinity of the blends were tested and studied. The standard samples were prepared and the properties were tested by GB1040-92 standard. The tensile strength and elongation at break were tested by XLD-1000 electronical tensile testing machine; impact strength was tested by XCJ-4 ram impact machine. The crystallinity of the blends were studied by the DSC curve drawed by NETZSCH DSC 204 DSC. The fractures of the samples were observed by the SSX-550 SEM. The relationship between the structure and the properties of the blending system was analyzed. And the orthogonal experiment method was adopted to get better experiment results and save much experiment material in the same way. The significance of all influencing factors was enumerated by calculation expressions with the data from orthogonal experiment, from which the optimal values of the components optimal proportioning and the machine parameters were concluded.
