Join variable amounts of tombarthite element La in the pure copper,examine the low resistance experiment though one pair of electric bridges,hardness experiment,metallography experiment and X-ray experiment. Study different complex tombarthite of content to pure copper conductivity,tensile strength.,hardness and metallography orgainize' influence,and its activity. Through study we find,add different complex tombarthite of content among pure copper,contribute to dispelling or lightenning and emerging " Cold frailty " and " Hot frailty " , contribute to improving the institutional framework of the copper product at the same time , its reason is that tombarthite has deoxidation,desulfurization,and purification function of getting rid of the harmful impurity; and because react and turn into the tombarthite chemical compound of high point with the low point impurity,the tombarthite chemical compound particle disperse which lacks some high points is distributed in the copper base body , become the core of crystallization, thus get the result of thinning crystalline grain.under acting on commonly in these two respects factors,the pure copper can be on the basis of keeping original conductive ability,improve its performance as its tensile strength and hardness , etc. effectively. Considering the comprehensive properties of specimens, the best joining amount of La is 0.06%。...
