Application Study Of Value Engineering In Mining Engineering

According to the coal enterprise's situation as well as the problem, this paper elaborates the possibility and necessities of Value engineering (VE) applying in mining engineering. Then based on the basic principle, thought and the method of VE, with the theory of the system for guiding, this paper analyzes some problems in mining engineering design, construction, choice and management of the mechanical device in our country, points out general request and the main research object in various application stages , indicates the direction for the concrete application, and analyzes some methods as well as the procedure. The innovations of the thesis are that it proposes the export evaluation method of the VE function coefficient and optimized decision-making method of the coal mine production system, provides an effective and reliable assistance analysis and policy-making tool for the coal mine superintendent; Makes the more comprehensive Functional Analysis to the general mining machinery, and establishes the purchase model based on the improved Analytical Hierarchy Process; and then points out some new viewpoints and methods about applying VE in various application stages.
