The ion selective electrode is a new branch which appeared in the analyticalchemistry field in 1970's.Because of its special advantage, it will get more extensiveapplication in every field especially in chemistry, environment, medical science, etc. This technology provided effective method for resolving some difficult problemsin analytical chemistry field. For all that, the interfered in measure arose from accompanying ion andtemperature change, restricted the widely use of ion selective electrode. Traditionalmethod of resolving the problem is adding chemistry concealment and settinghardware equipment for compensating temperature. However, the procedure ofoperation is complex, and the measure is limited to single ion.Due to the above problems, this research studies the interactional interference ondifferent concentration grades, while measuring accompanying interactional interferedion of Br-and Cl-,Cd2+ and Pb2+.The study also concentrated on the effect on measurecaused by temperature change within range of 1040℃. By building up measurementlinear regression equation and mathematical model of temperature compensation, thebetter regression and compensation software system formed, and traditional measuremethod is simplified greatly. When the concentration ranges of Br-and Cl-change from 5.0 × 10-6 to1×10-1mol/L, 5.0×10-5 to 1×10-2mol/L, the measurement regression equations of twokinds of ions in mixture liquor are as follow:The regression equation of Br-interfered by Cl-is:Y=0.02424X1-53.37X2+0.001518X3-137.8340The regression equation of Cl-interfered by Br-is:Y=0.08266X1-50.44X2+0.001695X3+10.4102When the concentration ranges of Cd2+ and Pb2+ change from 1 × 10-3 to5×10-7mol/L, the measurement regression of two kinds of ions in mixture liquor areas follow:The regression equation of Pb2+ interfered by Cd2+ is:Y=-0.07683X1+23.47X2+0.01273X3-102.7964The regression equation of Cd2+ interfered by Pb2+ is:Y=0.05749X1+23.74X2-0.002409X3-86.5174Mathematical models of temperature compensation when Br-and Cl-aremeasured simultaneously are:53.40.198()()53.433.7()2121ttE c Br? =E?t +t??tE c (C l? )=5500. 4.4E? t 0?.139.986((tt22 ??tt11))The result of test is satisfied when the temperatures of liquid are 10℃,30℃,40℃.
