In this study, the importance of the Construction and Demolition (C&D)waste networkplanning was indicated based on the introduction of the definition and the produceapproach and the detailed analyses of the character of the C&D waste. After theintroduction of the C&D waste planning system and the analysis of the relatedtechnical and economic policy, the management and reclaim status was analyzed, theproblems were pointed out, and the policy suggestions were given. The study of the element and the character of the C&D waste reclaim network, andthe detailed analyses of the subsystems were carried out. After the contrast of thereclaim network model, the Mixed Integer Programming (MILP) model was selected, and the model was improved considering the multi-waste reclaim, the cost andcapacity of the facilities restrains. An improved MILP model was given attempts tominimize the total cost. Considering the currency, the number and capacity of thefacilities restrains. The efficiency and the integrality of the model were validated using the case study, the optimum solution was given considering the currency, the number and capacity ofthe facilities restrains. Further more this model takes the government actions effectinto account, and by the operation of the data came to the conclusion that the numberof select and disposal facility reduce in evidence, but the dispose ability of eachfacility had a increase, and the corporations prefer to build bigger facilities and todispose more waste. The shortage of the study and the direction of the amelioration were point out in thelast part of the paper...
