The paper has developed the Windows98 based control program aimed at the ultra-high-pressure omnipotent numerical cutting machine of ZCSD series, and also has also programmed for the DAC-7330 industrial control card supplied by I-LACS Ltd. Corp. So we can make a 2-d and a half kinetic control of the machine. In addition, the program also offers a cutting simulation and dynamic accompany movement.Moreover, the program also offers many alternative operation choices for recovery processing, such as MDI working mode , excetive based on line number, returning based on track, breakpoint protect, all of which help the operater move the cutting head to the working point to continue the cutting after repairing the fault.The interpolation arithmetic adopted in this paper is simple and convenient.
