The organic solid waste has bought serious pollution to the environment with the cities'development and the improvement of people's life level. The anaerobic digestion is an important disposal way of organic solid waste. The effect factors of the anaerobic digestion on the organic solid waste have been studied in this thesis. The effect of inoculation volume, disposal load(solid content) and nutrition demand (C/N) on anaerobic digestion has experimentally researched under the condition of 35℃and once adding the waste. The results are shown that the inoculation is very meaningful to the anaerobic digestion system. The tamed inoculation can make the system start quickly and run more stably. When the inoculation is abundant the performance of digestion doesn't raise with the increase of the inoculation volume. The digestion system of low solid content runs well, but that of high solid content is easily acidulated. Solid waste content of 40% is still suitable to anaerobic digestion. But, by some special technologies the high solid content can run well, and can improve the decomposing effect of the pollutant. The nourishments are very decisive to the microorganism digestion and the C/N of 25 ~ 35 is the best condition.
