The Nanofiber diameter is very small, the product made by nano fiber present a lot of special function, which can be used as adsorptions, filtering, protection, bioengineering etc. The method of producing nanofiber contains static electricity spinning, island form reunites spinning, catalyst extrudes, member sprays etc. The electrospinning has better foreground at present.The main research of this paper is the instability theories in the process of electrospinning and the improvement of nanofiber. The purpose is to resolve some applying problems in electrospinning.The PAN/ DMF system is used in electrospinning. The craft parameters are regulated, including receiving distance, polymer solution flux, spraying capillary diameter, static electricity voltage, polymer solution concentration etc. The nanofiber web is produced by electrospinning. The range of fiber diameter is from 300nm to 2000nm. Analysis shows that each parameter influences the diameter and appearance of nanofibre web etc. The change of the crystallization and chemical regiment of polymer is researched after the processes of electrospinning.In electrospinning process, the solution sprays from the mouth jet, moving along the electric field direction. It takes place unstable phenomenon after a short distance, expressing splitting, curving with vibration (whipping) and tie up to round (wrap) etc. The instability of electrospinning by the single spraying jet mouth is studied. Thesolution is jetted to the electricity yield, which only has O.lg to lOg per hour be produced now, if the electrospinning can be used in industry, the produce capability shall be raised, It will be a trend that adopting mutil— jet mouth in the electrospinning. The Phenomenon of instability in the double spray jets has been researched for further stage. Some suggestions of instability problems are put forward.The nanofiber web of electrospinning discovers that the intensity of the nanofiber web is very low and the static electricity effect is strong. The solution is added some different materials in electrospinning. The influence is studied, such as the diameter, appearance and function. In the experiment, some TiO2 is added to the solution system firstly. The influence to electrospinning is researched. As further experiment, the Aligned CNTS is added to the solution system, With the phenomenon of experiments, the function and infuence of the Aligned-CNTS in the experiment process are analyzed.lt provides some reference for future researching in nanofiber improvement in electrospinning.
