At present, the cement plants adopt traditional method to detect the cement crude material position and there are some flaws. This article introduces the cement crude material position detecting system based on the ultrasonic wave.The structure of system is simple, and its performance is reliable. The system is also provided with convenient installation, high measure accuracy. It is easy to realize the electric circuit which has no use for debugging, and its work state is stable and reliable. It realizes a new kind of method which is also only at home and makes up the lack of traditional method.The system controls ultrasonic launch in turn by Single Chip Microcomputer, and reads the time difference of launching ultrasonic wave and receiving the echo by Single Chip Microcomputer records, then calculates the survey distance. We discover the theory basis of great distance ultrasonic measure system based on our further study up on the supersonic material performace.In this article we introduce the basic principle of supersonic measure distance, and analyze the structure and frequency characteristic of supersonic sensor. The system takes the supersonic propagation velocity in the air as the determinate condition and make use of diffuse reflection principle. The launcher sends out the supersonic pulse reflected and received by receiver after arriving the material position . According to the round-trip time of sound wave, it can calculate the material distance on condition that sonic speed is known. In this paper some main parameters of measure system have also been discussed,further provide the reliable gist for measring great distance.The system overall constitution has been put forward on the principle of supersonic measure distance.According to the characteristic of the cement crude material position, we have designed four big modules, namely the launch module, the receiving and magnifying module, Single Chip Microcomputer control module and the liquid crystal display module. The transmission circuit includes the numeral power amplifier, the supersonic launch probe;the receiving circuit is constituted of supersonic receiving probe, the echo enlargement filter circuit and the compare circuit;Single Chip Microcomputer adopts the AT89C51 chip and 8x2 liquid crystal display circuit.In order to guarantee the measure accuracy, we also use DS1820 digital temperature sensor to realize temperature compensating.The system hasmadefull use of software and hardware.According to the method and the request of the system survey, we design the program for the system. From the trigger pip production to the discontinuous receive, from collecting data and processing them to demonstrate, they are all realized under the software program.Lastly we have validated the measure distance system. Each main wave and technical index both meet the design requirements. The measure system has high precision and reliability to the limited scope distance in the room.Then analyze the origin of error and how to perfect the system.
