Regarding the modern manufacturing industry, the product processing precision and the machining speed are its unremitting pursuing two extremely important target, but under the existing engineering factor how to make the product at under the premise of guarantee processing precision the processing speed enhance as far as possible, which is the enterprise most concern issue, to achieve this goal needs carrying on the linear programming on basis of the Operations Research theory to the processing equipment and the production working procedure design. The present paper take some ordnance machine's compartment vehicle working line as the concrete research object, carries on the optimized design to its compartment drill hole equipment. The vehicle the use is very widespread in the military equipment, for example, communication vehicle, command vehicle and kitchen truck, the soldier transport vehicle and so on. The vehicle compartment is made by the multi- blocks foaming boards as main material assembling, the shaping process by working procedure is putting, welding, drill hole, riveted joint. Because the drill hole density is big, under limited equipment condition, how to design the drill hole equipment and arrange drilling procedure, making the drill hole efficiency achieve, the processing speed is quickest and the balanced each processing working procedure time is this topic primary mission.The paper completes the main research content as below:1. Operation Research theory linear programming thought was used to carry on the arrangement and the analysis to the drill hole working procedure, several quite outstanding working procedures design proposal was obtained, again with this factory actual production condition, the preliminary estimate to the drill hole time and cost was carried on, and the application graph theory method carries on the analysis and the comparison to various plans, obtains the best working procedure design proposal.2. On the basis of actual processing request and the best working procedure design proposal, the structural design to the multi- platoons drill bit was carried on, two sets of structural designs plan to the multi-platoons drill bit initially obtained, as well as simple design schematic drawing. The two sets of plans comparison was carried on, appropriate structure was selected according to situation3. bases actual processing request and the best working procedure design proposal, the structural design to the Dragon Gate drilling machine was carried on, obtains the Dragon Gate drilling machine initially the structural design plan as well as the simple design schematic drawing.4.
