By investigating the preparative principle of RPUF,its processingtechnics has been optimized.The best proportion of RPUF is composed bypolyol polyether(100),PAPI(150),H2O(0.1),T-9(0.4),A-3(0.6),L-600(1.0).The effect of the content of GF,micron SiO2 and KH-550 on themechanical properties of the RPUF is studied,then that of the thermic stabilityby GF,micron SiO2 is analyzed.At last the mechanism of them is discussed.The result shows that compression strength is increased with GF contentat first and is decreased as GF content then with the increasing of GF contentand micron SiO2.The best addition of the GF and micron SiO2 is 2% and 4%respectively,and the KH-550 is 1%.The effect of GF reinforced on RPUF isbetter than that of micron SiO2,the effect of GF treated by KH-550 is betterthan that of GF without treated.The failure mechanisms of RFPU filled by different fillers arediscussed.For RPUF reinforced by GF as the wall of RPUF is reinforced,theσ-ε curve shows that destroy progress suffers elastic eleformation,yield andfailure,while RPUF reinforced by micron SiO2 as the rigidity particle is filledin it,the σ-ε curve shows that destroy progress has no visible yield.From TGA,it is indicated that the effect of GF on the thermic stability issmall,while the tiny phase asunder can be improved by micron SiO2.So thatthe thermic stability can be improved too.It is inproved by 18.3℃.
