| The power of Titanium Doxide is an important inorganic raw material. At present, TiO2 production main adopt sulpuric acid way in our country.The wastewater contain plenty of TiO2 particle and H2TiO3 .The traditional method use sediment recover them.There are a low efficenciency and high cost which above 12% TiO2 were wasted every year. These leaded to pollute environment and bring to the lost.therefore,wo adopt membrane to do with titanium white wastewater.The composition of coal were investigated during preparing carbon membrane.The influence of the pore size of the carbon membrane were discussed when the different binder were add to coal.Experiments for separating titanium doxide suspersion were carried out by using turbular porous carbon membrane with different binder. We chose an appropriate carbon to treat with titanium doxide suspersion.Based on intensively retrieving mass of published articles,theoretics analysis and experiments result,the operation parameters and cleaning plan to membrane pollution were determined in using carbon membrane(B) microfiltrate Titanium Doxide suspersion.The result showed that the higher membrane fluxes to recover Titanium Doxide partides,when the pore size of the membrane is 1.0μm,the operation pressure is 0.1 Mpa and the filtration rate is 110 L/h. The results show that over 99% TiO2 can be effectively recoveried by using carbon membrane (B). The cleaning plan adopted physical and chemical cleaning altogether, which can promote the membrane flux.The equation about energy consumption and membrane flux can gained on the basis of systeme analysis to the whole energy.The appropriate pressure and flux rate can be obtained by adopting simplexmenthods in no-linear programming ,which will gaide futher study.The new technology is important to release environmental pollution and develop carbon in microfiltrated field. |
