In this article , the latest AnnAGNPS model is used , taking Machaohe watershed in Chaohu as an example, and the agricultural NPS is simulated ,the main results as follows:(1) In general, the NPS load is directly related to the rainfall precipitation, more rainfall more NPS loads.(2) The average annual load of TN,TP,TOC(total organic carbon)and total sediment is 89572.3kg/yr,14550.7kg/yr ,221495.8kg/yr and 13139.4ton/yr;the discharge coefficient (loads per unit area)is 15.721kg/ha/yr of TN, 2.554kg/ha/yr of TP, 38.8kg/ha/yr of TOC and 2.306ton/ha/yr of total sediments.(3) The NPS loads vary strongly with time and land use, the order of the loads by land use is FOREST
