This article took biowaste of Huangshan road agricultural market in Heifei as research subject ,carried on aerobic static vertical composting.The main factors influencing aerobic compost process ,which included the kinds of moisture content,particle size,density and aeration in aerobic composting ,were investigated by doing a set of laboratory experiments, moreover estimated comprehensively the composting Process through temperature, xylanase, cellulosease and organic matter. Studied the changes of bio-matter in composting process and analyzed the bio-waste at different times of composting process about thermogravimetry(TG) and the first derivative of the TG(DTG) to search for the mechanism of aerobic composting . The experiment results showed:(1) The organic biodegradation increased step by step through optimizing single factor and formed stable craftwork: 65% moisture content,8cm particle size,0.247 kg/L density and 25 m3/h.t aeration.(2) pH value decreased because of organic acid at the beginning and increased with the ongoing of composting process and NH3,In the end , pH value reached stabilization of 9.Reductive sugar was nutrition matter of microorganism ,on the other hand organic matter produced reductive sugar in the process of degradation. In the beginning,the utilization rate was faster than degradation rate ,the quantity of reductive sugar decreased sharply ,in anaphase,the quantity of reductive sugar reached a balance.In total,the quantity of reductive sugar reduced. Moisture content, total N,organic matter decreased 10.6,1.2,18.9,weight reduced 43.6 percentage ,the effect of reduction was obvious.(3) Thermogravimetry(TG) and the first derivative of the TG(DTG) of the bio-waste at different times of composting process were analyzed.In TG curves there were two obvious weight losses and two light weight losses corresponding to two peak value and two little peak value in DTG curves.From the DTG curves we can see the thermal degradation rate of the carbohydrates and aromatic structures before composting was faster,with the time of composting, the rate became slower and slower, between 210 and 640℃,the weight losses decreased with the time of composting.The result indicated the content of carbohydrates and aromatic structures reduced step by step with the time of composting, the effect of quick composting was well and the material became more mature.
