This thesis investigated on monodisperse agglomerated pellicular anion-exchanger resin. Synthesizing this type of resin includes mainly two parts: the synthesis and modification of subtract and the synthesis and modification of latex. In this thesis, one-step swelling polymerization method was used to synthesize monodispersed, high cross-linked , polyethylvinylbenzene-divinylbenzene polymer particles with a diameter of 7 μm. Then the polyethylvinylbenzene-divinylbenzene polymer particles were negative charged by reacting with high concentration of sulfuric acid. And soap-free emulsification method was chosen to synthesize mondisepsed polystyrene -glycidyl methacrylate latex with a diameter of 300nm.Then the latex were positively charged by reacting with amine. Finally the latex was connected to subtract by ion electrostatic bound.Chapter one mainly deals with the polymerization methods used in synthesizing subtract and latex. Also the importance of ion chromatography stationary phase, the structure of ion chromatography resin, the monomers used in synthesizing subtract, the types of ion chromatography stationary phase and the recent development in ion chromatography stationary were stated.Chapter two went into the details in synthesizing monodispersed and high cross-linked polyethylvinylbenzene-divinylbenzene polymer particles. In this chapter the main factors that affected the diameter and the distribution of particle size were discussed. Also the modification of polyethylvinylbenzene- divinylbenzene polymer particles was discussed in this part.In chapter three the details in preparation of monodispersed latex with diameter of 300nm were stated. Main factors that affected the size and distribution of the particle size were argued. Meanwhile the modification of the latex was discussed in this section.In the last chapter the connection of latex to subtract and the chromatographic property were discussed. That the latex was successfully bounded to subtract were proved by the SEM. And the chromatographic properties were evaluated by F", Cl", NO2", Br", PO43" and SO42".And the results shows that ion chromatography resin has good resolution for F", Cl", and SO/'.But the stationary phase couldn't be used to separate all these six anions. Therefore the resin should be optimized in the future.
