Ethynylferrocene is a starting material for the preparation of many types of more complex organometallic compounds. It is a key intermediate in the synthesis of material with nonlinear optical properties, functional molecular wires, polymetal heteronuclear complexes containing ferrocenylacetylide. The first part of this thesis summarized the synthetical condition and the latest application of various alkynes. There are many disadvantages in the reported synthesis methods of ethynylferrocene. We gained the ethynylferrocene in high yield by the the reaction of triphenylphosphine with chloroform or bromoform in the presence of KOBut to give witting reagent, which reacted with formylferrocene and then followed by n-butyllithium dehydrohalogenation. The reaction condition is mild, the reagents are cheap, the usage of triphenylphospine is largely reduced in the method than other methods, the yield is high, and the reaction repetition is good.We experimented by the one-pot reaction of ethynylferrocene, Arylaldehydes and Urea, wanted to the ferrocene-containing 4H-1,3-Oxazines. The data of 1HNMR and 13CNMR show that the hexacyxclic product was not obtained, what we got perhaps is a new compound. We fostered a monocrystal, the structure of the crystal is being analyzed. We investigate the reaction involving alkynes and α-halophenylethanone in presence of catalyzer to occur nucleophilic addition reaction.
