Taking the Liaoning some calcium-base bentonite as the raw material, firstly we get the acidified bentonite by using the certain quality percent sulfuric acid to carry on the acidic activation to it, and find the best preparation condition by drawing on the X- beam diffraction (XRD) analysis and the relative surface mensuration to carry on the attribute to its structure. Again the inorganic column bracing is carried on in the microwave field with AlCl3 for the preparation of the column-support acidified bentonite, and then carrying on the attribute to its structure to discover the best preparation condition. At present, it also cannot achieve the ideal processing effect and the national wastewater discharge standard to apply acidifid bentonite and the column-support bentonite in disposing dye wastewater which is specially difficult to dispose or request high treatment effect. Therefore it is imperative to explore new pattern environmental protection function material. The experiment studies the treatment effect of the dye wastewater by using column-support bentonite and discusses the correlative mechanism. And initially its regeneration use is probed into. At present the interrelated experimental research about the column-support acidified bentonite are rarely reported in home and overseas.The preparation test result indicated that when the raw clay is activated with the acidity, the d001 increase from original 1.5396nm to 1.6185nm; then the relative surface accumulates by original 75.7268m2/g to 186.5307 m2/g. Again after inorganiccolumn-support in the microwave field, d001 increases once more to 1.8324nm, the relative surface once more increases to 232.8782m2/g as well. The dilatability adsorbability and surface area are remarkably enhanced. The above results explain that the microwave heating preparation has higher efficiency than the conventional method.The wastewater adsorption test result indicates that with 20g/L absorbent put into and 1h adsorption surging duration respectively in the simulation dye wastewater acid scarlet solution (the initial concentration is 25mg/L, solution nature pH=6.1), the simulation dye waste water disperses the colorful blue solution (the initial concentration is 60 mg/L, solution nature pH=5.9) and the actual dye waste water (theingredient is complex, pH=8.3,COD is 848.55mg/L) from some dye factory of Hubei, each kind of modified bentonite' adsorption effect order in the dye wastewater experiment is: the column-support acidified bentonite > the column-support bentonite > the acidified bentonite > the acidified column-support bentonite > the sodium bentonite > the raw soil (all modified bentonite from experimental preparation). Thus it has certain significance to study column-support acidified bentonite. The experiment on calcining regenerative column-support acidified bentonite shows that the column-support acidified bentonite absorbing the dye waste water can be possible again to use in the adsorption dye wastewater, and column-support acidified bentonite has the circle reuse value.The related mechanism researchs indicate that the inorganic column-support preparation activated by intensely absorbing the microwave, the water as well as the bentonite surface hydroxyl participate compound reaction of column-support acidified bentonite, which enhances the preparation efficiency. The column-supports acidified bentonite's adsorption on organic matters of the dye wastewater is decided by the bentonite internal structure, the surface activity, and the distribution result of the organic matters in wastewater between the column-support acidified bentonite and the aqueous phase. The column-support acidified bentonite' absorption on the organic matters in wastewater conforms to the Freundlich adsorption isothermal equation, and the adsorption model conforms to the Bowden universal model about anion's surface adsorption.
