Phosphating is a kind of common surface disposal method , which is widely used in every industrial field for if s good corrosion resistance, Wearability,lubricating. In recent years, with continual research, many qualified Phosphating techniques that has promoted the development of Phosphating. Because Phosphatingfilm possesses the quality of being hubricating and wearablity(wear resistance), many locomotive bearing hardware such as gear wheel, piston ring and valve all need Phosphating treatment. However, for the reason that bearing parts needs high strength wearability, so ordinary Phosphating treatment cannot meet these needs. So it is a new topic that nontoxic Phosphating.It was researched broadly that using nanometer as composite coat. But we didn' t find the report about it in domestic and overseas. In this paper , I try to improve wearability of Phosphatingfilm utilize the trait of nanometer through puting n- Al2O3 into the Phosphating solution. Put the quantitative n- Al2O3 into the Phosphating solution, then in the definite temperature, choose appropriate dispersant to Phosphating. Due to its porous structure, Phosphatingfilm can absorb and wrap the nano in it through co-sediment. By doing so, the quality of Phosphatingfilm can be improved. When Phosphatingfilm contains a fixed ration of nano, its wearability can be improved. Through orthogonal experiment, we can find out the optimal formula, in unison, do some elementary research on this reaction rule.The optimal formula is : ZnO 18.3g/l H3PO4 26ml/l HNO317.6 ml/l Na2CO3llg/l Mn(H2PO4)2 5g/l Ni(NO3)2 lg/l Ca(NO3)3 23 g/l accelerant 44.5g/l stability A 3g/l stability B lg/l α-n-Al2O3 4.0 g/l AOS 2.5 g/l Temperature: 80°C Time:12minThrough the analyzes with x-ray, SEM , electron microprobe, we find that n-Al2O3 well-proportioned distributing in phosphate coatings .Test the wearability of phosphate coatings, we find the wearability of phosphate coatings containing n-Al2O3 has been strengthened obviously.At the optimal formula,the times of grating resistant increase from 70 without n-Al2O3 to 150 with n-Al2O3,at the same time, the friction modulus decrease.
