Today ecological environment protection and social sustainable development promotion is popular; the question of the environment and development has received more and more concerns. As the development of the power industry is at full speed, the comprehensive utilization of the fly ash is on the development road of recycle treatment too. According to this kind of situation, this thesis, adopting the HAS soil-solidified-agent (short for HAS), begins to research the performance of the solidification material, hoping to use solidified fly ash as the material of prevention of seepage of a kind of channel, replacing cement soil on the premise of certain economic condition. The test result follows:1. Discussing the optimal water amount of solidified fly ash: By hitting test we get the water amount of the solidified material of different composition in fact, then receive experience formula of adding water amount after fitting data through math method: Q=0.285M_粉+0.36 Mhas +0.038 M_石2. Compactness of solidified material is an important index controlling its quality: Compressing lightly material unable to form strength, pressing too largely will bring difficulty to the engineering construction. We solidify fly ash at different compactness and examine their compressive strength. The result indicates that the solidified material can demonstrate better performance when pressing the minimum solidity to 95%.3. We take performance test at solidified fly ash of different proportion HAS. When the proportion up to 5% the solidified material can show better performance and meet SL18-19 of "technical regulation of preventing seepage channel"; When proportion up to 9% the compressive strength of solidified fly ash exceeds the cement soil, which proportion of cement is 15%. It is obvious HAS is superior to cement to want, proving solidified fly ash can replace cement soil as the prevention seepage materials of channel totally.4. In order to let the solidified material have better performance, we try to add different mixing quantity of stone bits and cinder as the aggregate. The result of the test shows: Mixing different aggregate to solidified material its intensity obviously improved, add 60% stone solidification performance of fly ash of bits can reach competence, concrete of C10 even.5. Finally analyzing through the fabrication cost, we compared the different expenses of cement soil, solidified fly ash and concrete, and know it is a method with feasible economy too that solidification fly ash does the material of prevention of seepage of the channel.In conclusion, HAS solidified fly ash is a kind of ideal material of prevention of seepage of channel, and is feasible on no matter technology or economy. It has fully reflected the unit of the waste manages of social, economic and environmental benefits.
