Research On Multilayer Control Model Of Urban Non-point Source Pollution

In developed countries, point source pollution has been efficiently controlled and urban non-point source pollution caused by rainfall has become the main causation of water pollution. With rapidly expanded urban area, the problem of non-point source pollution is becoming more and more serious and has threw great threaten on urban water, so it is necessary to understand scientifically and control efficiently this kind of pollution.In the dissertation, comparison urban rainfall runoff quality in our country with that in developed countries and summarization of the characterization of pollutant emission were discussed firstly, then the control model of urban non-point source pollution in developed countries, in terms of our country's situation and characterization of urban non-point source pollution, and disadvantages as the model was used in our country were analyzed, at the same time control model and measures suitable for ours were put forward; at last the practicability and feasibility in economical and technological aspect was analyzed. The results showed that developed countries' control model included measures to runoff transferring route and end-of-pipe treatment, inclining to runoff collection and treatment, and there were several disadvantages such as high investment and management cost, large area occupation, unstable running and low using rate; and that source dispersed control model and relevant measures put forward in terms of micro-area were suitable for our country's pollution characterization and conditions of cities; and that multiple control model and measures of urban non-point pollution were intend to eliminate step by step runoff and pollutant quantities and to keep every measure working stably and keep high control efficiency in the whole; and that source dispersive control model and multilayer control model were practicable in our country at the angle of economy and technology.
