After blender liner's low life was analyzed, a method is brought forward involved alloy ingredient and heat treatment process, according to material's performance and working condition. On the alloy ingredient aspect, the method makes a difference by not only reducing Mo quantity but also replacing Cu with Ti. The V-Fe is added into the alloy in order to change the performance of the alloy. The relation is discussed between V-Fe's quality and change of high Cr iron microstructure and performance. On other side of heat treatment, it is also researched that quenching temperature and temper temperature influence upon high-Cr icon microstructure and performance so as to find appropriate heat treatment process. This idea is different from traditional method of low temperature temper process. The high-Cr cast iron which is modified by 0.8% V-Fe is obtained by centrifugal casting and high Cr iron microstructure and performance are discussed. The high-Cr cast iron which is modified by 0.8% V-Fe and is tempered at 500℃ has the hardness of 62.1 HRC and the impact toughness of 6.9J/cm2 and it has much better performance than original liner.
