The characteristics of high nitrogen raw oil processed by catalytic cracking unitin Nanyang wax fine chemical plant has been researched via experimental calibration. After analysing the cracking theory on high nitrogen raw oil and acquiring theexperience and methods on anti-nitrogen technology at home and abroad, we carriedout pretreatment on catalytic raw oil and modified cracking techniques of catalyticcracking equipment. The volume of catalytic raw oil has been increased bydeveloping the technology of dewaxing scavenge oil. After utilizing the methods ofpouring acid component into reactor, the critical operating condition has been tested.And the conclusion was drawn as follows: owing to the high content of nitrogenin raw oil and low catalyst/oil ratio in Nanyang wax fine chemical plant, severalaspect should be improved. On the aspect of operation, the temperature of regeneratedcatalyst should be lowered, and the content of carbon in regenerated catalyst shouldbe reduced under 0.2%;reaction temperature can be increased under condition thatthe product has excellent quality, thus reducing the content of refine oil. On the aspectof choosing catalyst's type, the highly steady-state catalyst which possesses high bulkdensity and active essentiality is the good candidate. On the aspect of raw oil, thecontent of furaldehyde dewaxed scavenge oil should be controlled in 5%. On theaspect of usage of additive, acid deactivation additive or organic acid additive shouldbe chosen. According to the content of nitrogen in raw oil, the content of thoseadditives should be controlled at 55% of nitrogen content. After all theseimprovement, the activity and tendentiousness of reaction process have beenincreased obviously, and the cracking behavior of high-nitrogen raw oil has beenmodified. And also, Pass the above measure ,the yield of product has been increasedby 2%.
