First,the paper expatiates the intention and significance of preparation core-Shellcomposite materials which contain Ultra-fine AP and has constrastive researched preparationactuals of both ultra-fine energetic materials and ultra-fine energetic core-shell compositematerials. Characteristic of supercritical CO2,sorts of supercritical solution precipitation andprincipums and characteristic of supercritical anti-sovent are introduced secondly.Afterwards,oxidant prescription in solid propellants is designed adopted layout resolution inExcel based on energic demands of NEPE ( Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether )propellants(HMX:CL-20:AP:Al:FPM2602=60:10:19:8:3), specific impulse and the volumeof explosion of composite materials are validated at the same time. The ultra-fine HMX,ultra-fine AP, ultra-fine Cl-20,Al-FPM2602 core –shell composite materials have beenprepared by supercritical anti-solvent(SAS) method in supercritical solution precipitation,affecting factors of coating effects are studied elementary. the core–shell compositematerials properties such as the impact sensitivity ,flame sensitivity and explosion point offive seconds delay of thermal sensitivity have been carried out ,which show the core–shellcomposite materials properties have been improved to a certain extent;SAS technology is aneffective method without any pollution when composite materials are prepared which solventenergetic materials is contained.
