The flue gas of municipal solid waste (MSW) contains many pollutions, this will lead serious by - pollution if they are not properly disposed without any decontamination. MSW was burned with coal for stable burning because it contains a lot of water. On the base of comparing drying,semi-drying and wetting,we selected Semi-drying to decontaminate smoke. It has the advantage of low investment, low dissipation, better decontamination efficiency and dry production. The experiments have been done on a twin fluid nozzle in spray drying chamber of flue-gas decontamination. Factors affect sauter mean diameter (SMD), spray angle and distribution of fluid grain diameter has been analyzed. It is found that air liquid ratio and slurry concentration is crucial to spraying character. Sauter mean diameter and spraying angle can be controlled by changing parameters of running, which become practicable in spray drying decontaminating of acidity gas of smoke to obtain better decontaminating efficiency when the running direction of two kind of fluid is reverse according to the long shot distance and little spray angle. The study of spray drying of smoke decontaminating which used this decontaminating set was described when we burn admixture of waste and coal in circulate reflow couch. This paper discussed the infection of running parameter and studied the mechanism. The result shows that the efficiency of decontaminating will boost as the increase of Ca/S when the concentration of the liquor is low,.The efficiency of decontaminating will be higher when the smoke temperature get nearer to the saturate temperature. The efficiency of decontaminating is higher than burning coal when we burn the admixture.
