Botanic cellulose material is a kind of plenty, cheap and reproducible resource. At present, in our country there are above 50% agricultural wastes (annual produce 100 billion t) fired. Lots of smoke and gas were exhausted into the air, which resulted in serious environmental pollution even influence on the normal flight of the planes. The environment that human depend on has deteriorated more and more. How to change the plant cellulose material into energy sources and other industrial products effectively has far-reaching significance. Taking the natural cellulosematerial——corn cob as raw material to ferment lactic acid, it couldn'tonly reduce the manufactural cost of lactic acid by leaps and bounds but also could achieve the aim of reclamation of wastes. For the purpose of resource comprehensive utilization, this article adopted Rhizopus oryzae R-M299 as zymogen and did the research hereinafter on fermenting corn core enzymatic hydrolysis liquid to produce L-lactic acid.First of all, orthonormality experiment was adopted to acquire the optimization condition of fermenting corn core enzymatic hydrolysisliquid to produce L-lactic acid The conditions of fermenting are ferment time, ferment temperature, the quatity of CaCO3 added, load capacity of liquid, concentration of (NH4)2SO4, concentration of KH2PO4, concentration of MgSO4* 7H2O and concentration of ZnS
