The study of toxicology has displayed that pesticides are toxic to human health. Meanwhile, using pesticides is a significant means of increasing agricultural productivity and improving provisionment for human being. In our country, there are more than 800,000ton of pesticides sprayed to the environment every year. The operator should take protective measures to protect health during spraying, respiration protection is an important aspect. But there very few special studies on protection of respiration during pesticide spray, the key problem is there's no special study of respiration protection based on the study of the protect object during pesticide spraying.Based on the study of pesticide spray technology, the dissertation analyzed the object of respiration protection during pesticide spraying, and disclosed that there's great deal of pesticide in form of gas and pesticide solution drop. This dissertation developed two aspects of study on the filter, they are oil-repellency finishing and enzyme detoxification.1 The harm, which may bring to the protection if the solution drop wet the filter, was analyzed. Analysis of the wetting property between solution drop and fiber filter showed the filer must be finished to obtain the ability of repelling pesticide solution. Through experiments according to test design of secondary regression and orthogonal combination, the dissertation analyzed the relationship between finishing effect and the technologic parameters, and gotoptimized technologic parameters. The applied tests showed that the results of optimization meet the protection requirements. Furthermore, the applied tests also showed that the finish results y=130°, which is 8.3° less than the optimal result, can meet the protection requirements, so people can select technologic parameters according to the condition and cost.2 Organophosphorus pesticides and carbamate pesticides account for 57% of the world pesticide market, both have high toxicity. Base on the study of toxicology and Acetylcholinesterase (AChE), this dissertation utilized AchE on fiber filter to detoxify the upper two kinds of pesticides. A set of test method was developed according to the mechanism of color reaction of AchE. Validate test approved the test method. With following conclusions: the non-woven filter that carries enzyme solution can capture pesticide in the air and the pesticide was detoxified through the reaction between the AchE and pesticide. When the concentration of the enzyme solution is 0.005~0.025mol/m, the detoxification time increases with the concentration. There's a critical enzyme solution concentration near 0.25mol/ml, after which the detoxification time decreases when the concentration increase. Under one enzyme solution concentration, the amount of pesticide detoxified by two layers of filter is 1.65 times more by one layer. The pilot study, of oil-repellency finishing to and pesticide detoxification in filter for respiration protection during pesticide spray, in this dissertation may serve as reference, and provide clue and method for further study.
