Optical glass which is widely used in industrial and military fields as lens material, featured by its transparency and brightness, as the living demand expanding, more and more being made into beautiful artifacts. But for its complicated chemical reaction in production, and high temperature makes the factory field uncontrollable, result in a big gap between theoretical research and field practice.Nowadays the development of glass industry immerses mainly in two fields: Research of new technology in flat glass industry and Expansion of way to deeply process new kinds of glass. This article using popular imbedded controller to fit the high efficiency, high precision, low consumption demands of modern glass industry.PCC stands for the Programmable Computer Controller, mainly based on ARM core, this article describes its work mode to introduce basic principle and some characteristics that matches the fundamental condition of RTOS, then according to the specific appliance, adjusted the on chip peripherals. Additionally introduced basic concepts of RTOS, context switch and transplant to the target board, to show us the superiority in development and maintenance of OS compared with structured program.This system rebuilding on original industrial apparatus, the chosen pneumatic and electrical probe can stand the high temperature working environment, to realize continuous automated production. At last resort to the powerful math too-MATLAB, simulated the control of delay component, studied and compared the Fuzzy PI algorithm and Single Neuron PID algorithm, to make preliminary theoretical preparation for field parameter adjustment.
