Since the 1990s, with the development of the computer and network technology, the character of the wide application of information technology has become to the developing tendency of the international education scope. The tendency is called education informational phenomena by the national scholar. In the early of the education informational, the main body of the CAI courseware is the teaching material multimedia. With the development of the virtual reality technology, "virtual laboratory" technology comes forth. Compared with the CAI courseware, the "virtual laboratory" has more advantages in scenic design, interactive etc. While the traditional virtual laboratory also has problems to be solved, such as poor integrity (the experiment can't be completed in the same scene), low interactive (mostly depending on the button), deficiency intelligentized (must according to the prearranged experiment order), inextensible or few extending value etc.On the basis of the poor integrity of the traditional "virtual laboratory", this paper brings forward a new design pattern and method-- "virtual experiment plat" technology. Taking "organic chemistry experiment" as the object, the organic chemistry virtual laboratory plat is built, which contains ten integrated organic chemistry experiments. The experiments can be done in the same scene. The user will feel free joining the experiment equipments or adding drug in every experiment, since the program could complete the experiment sort identification and data process through the data base. In other words, the experiment is not restricted in the experiment route, which show the good intelligentized of the virtual experiment plat. This paper put forward using the "sensor" technology checking controllable sensitivity degree of the computer's peripheral equipment in the "interaction" process. In order to adapt to the tendency of education information innovation "resource globalization", all the experiment equipments and drugs are designed by component technology. The user will choose the component parameters to design the experiment equipment and the drug, so the difficulty of the secondary design is reduced and the time the design is cut greatly. In the component design pattern, the teacher who instructing the organic chemistry experiment will design the virtual experiment according to the reality. Thus the component pattern has much effective secondary design interface and much more secondary design value.Study on the object-oriented programming and the construction pattern of the virtual experiment software, this paper brings forward a new construction method. This new method has a character of novel design pattern, strong interaction, good intelligent, fine expansibilityetc, which shows that the "virtual experiment plat" is not only the E-VL theory application but also a complementarity of the traditional E-VL. It is a practical approach to the design pattern of the virtual experiment software.
