Pottery and porcelain has excellent combination properties, so it has great application foreground especially the pottery of 95% alumina. But there are many problems in the process of brazing the pottery of 95% alumina. In order to solve the problems such as residual stress, we exploit a new active brazing.The new active brazing is exploited by thermodynamics, we find the function of the element each other, and then we confirm the scheme of the new active brazing. We get the brazing by the means of the powder metallurgy ,through wetting the pottery of 95% alumina by the new active brazing, we get the best element proportion.The brazing of the best element proportion has the better wetting ability. By the SEM photograph, we found that the active element Ti evenly distributed on the surface of the brazing, the element Al2O3 can not react with the element Ti, the most of the element Al2O3 adhere to the rich element Ti.By the numerical simulation , we obtain the rules of the variation of the residual stress and the distribution of the stress field ,the rules of the new brazing can not change the rules ,but the number deduce .we get the spreading rules by using of finite element method.
