This dissertation for M. S. degree is mainly concerning the scaling behavior of the molecular parameters of the hyperbranched polymers made by self-condensing vinyl polymerization. Firstly with the help of a differential equation describing the consumption and creation of n-mer polymers in reaction process, the k-th polymer moment would be defined, and the recursion formula of the k -th polymer moment was given analytically. Based on a recursion formula of the k -th polymer moment, the asymptotic expression of molecular number distribution is obtained explicitly when the conversion of double bonds is near 1. Finally, applying of the scaling transformation, we obtained the scaling relation.Furthermore, based on the asymptotic form of the molecular number distribution, the k -th radius for the hyperbranched polymer made by self-condensing vinyl polymerization and its recursion formular was obtained. When reaction is quantitatively completed, by the way of the same method for the calculation of the k -th polymer moments, the asymptotic form of the k-th radius was obtained, also the scaling law, which is associated with the mean square radius of gyration is given clearly.Finally, the number of the hyperbranched polymers formed by self-condensing vinyl polymerization is investigated for the polymerization process to give the asymptotic form of the concentration of a n-mer. The polydispersity exponent is calculated, which is coincide with that of the classical result. Finally, the asymptotic forms of the number, the weight and the z-average degrees of the polymerization were evaluated analytically to obtain polydispersity index, which is close to 1 as the reaction is quantitatively completed.With the above detailed discussions, some of results given by this dissertation are able to provide a new way of investigating hyperbranched polymer former by...
