At present, with the drastic competition of the native plastic profile market, the production of plastic profile has formed mass production's peculiarity, which put forward the higher request for plastic profile extrusion die. The manufacture technology of native die has been great improved ,but, it can't satisfy the require of high speed and stability which times than that of native die. At current, Chinese plastic extrusion dies still have long way to go when comparing with foreign ones, the main problem is the bad stability, which has important influence on the whole extruding process. Because of that reason, the research on the stability design of plastic extrusion dies has been done, this work has important theoretic and practical meaning to the stability design of plastic extrusion dies, and has positive effect on improvement of the stability.Currently the shaping system design of the extrusion die almost depend on thedesigner's experience and the simple design theory, and is adjusted based on the craftmeans. The adjustment at the cost of efficiency and quality has design means result a longerdesign period of mould than ever, and can't guarantee the quantity and quality of plasticprofile strictly. Aim at the above problems, The research of the paper is the problem of theplastic profile die's exactly design, which is base on software ANSYS and FEM (FiniteElement Method) theory, and do some reasonable hypothesis, taking the simple andcomplicate plastic profile extrusion dies as examples, by way of computer simulate the mapof extrusion production refrigerant distortion displacement filed. And do all-round researchand analysis to it, acquire the accurate data of extrusion production refrigerant distortion.Then adopt de data to guide the design of shaping mould's system. The method has animportant sense to improve the quality and quantity of plastic profile, it can shorten thedesign periods of extrusion die, and it makes design of mould be more successful andshaping mould system be more stability, improved the extrusion production die's designlevel.
