The limestone sample impact-damaged experiments and press test were made by one-stage light-gas gun. The rule of press wave transmit in rocks in the impact process were studied.The sampls were collected by soft reclaim installation.The reclaim sampls damage properties were analyzed by macroscopical observation, microscopic analysis, ultrasonic testing and sieving classification. The relation of pressure and broken effect for the rock under impact function were discovered. The rule that the test sample base digree of damage is bigger than the middle was discovered. The phenomenon that in the stress wave spreading process creates nearby the free surface reflection stretches was explained. The results can provid reference value basis of rock fragmentation, the project demolition and stability researching and designing of the rock.Then, the numerical simulations of impact-damaged rock were made by finite element software LS-DYNA. It was found that the numerical simulations results and test data have better consistency. The further researches of the rock test plan choice and parameter determination were provided the theory basis for above results.
