A Study On The Influence Of Road Construction To Dongting Lake District Based On GIS/RS

Dongting Lake is one of the hotspots regains in academic research field. There are many studies for it, especially to its wetland environment flood control and prevent water logging hydraulic engineering. But it seems there is few study on the influence of road construction to Dongting Lake District. Road construction influenced many aspect of Dongting Lake District, and was changing the statue quo of the people who live in the Lake District. Some of the influences are positive, some of them are negative;and some are strong, some are weak. How to apprize the influence fully and synthetically? The writer studied the influences deeply in many aspects for the Dongting Lake District.First, this paper introduced the origin of the study, the study case in and out of our country, and the plan of this study. Then introduced the statues quo of the study area briefly, and study method & technique way. After the analysis of the factors to the influences, this study analyzed and apprized some typical time point of it with Multi-factorial synthetic appraisement;put forward the approach of Dynamic balance model. At last, the study put forward reasonable suggest for the development of Dongting Lake district according to its reality.In the process of acquisition, treatment, analysis, calculation, assessment on dates, this study has used the GIS&RS technique to build synthetic information database to prepare for scientific research. This study provides scientific bases and technical measures for the plan of Road net in Dongting lake district, the selecting line of road, and the environment improvement of road, to decade the negative influence of the road construction to the eco, environment in lake district wetland, to promote the coordination and sustainable development of environment, economy and society in Dongting lake district, to provide some valuable experiences for other similar projects, and to provide scientifically guide for road plan and lake district construction in the future. It has important economical and social value.
