Study On Measuring And Monitoring Technology Of Industrial Installation And Its Applications

In recent years, with the anvancement of science and technology and the development of modern industry, many complex industrial engineering come forth in succession, which put forward more and more higher requirement to the means and accuracy of the examination and the method of data processing. There are different installing characteristic and different required precision with different industrial equipments, how to study effective industrial installation measuring and inspection technique and explore the corresponding software of data processing and analysis by making good use of the existing apparatus and equipments has an important theoretical and practical value. The main contents of the paper are following:1, Based on the engineering of brige steel factory, the techniques for installing measure and monitoring of cranebeam and orbit are studied with the method of reflectorless- equipment-highless;How to set up the centricity of hot-rolling equipment is discussed, what's more, the precision is analyzed;the methods of construction laying-out and prependicularity measuring for large chimney are discussed.2, The techniques of the short baseline precise inspection applicable for industrial inspection is studied. The principle and the method of short baseline precise inspection is expatiated in detail, the formula used to deel with spatial forward intersection are derivated, and what's more, relative accuracy and absolute accuracy is analyzed.3, The techniques of the short baseline precise inspection is applied for the planeness monitoring of wall ,the installing monitoring of cranebeam orbit, and as well as spatial relative precise inspection of radar antenna, the principle,the constitute of inspection benchmark,the way of inspection ,data processing and analysis is expatiated in detail.4,The system software based on of the short baseline is developed in VB language, basic functions are realized such as the calculation of the baseline observation data, the calculation and analysis of the point observation data, data processing and analysis of the planeness monitoring for the wall, data processing and analysis of the installing monitoring for cranebeam orbit, and as well as data processing and analysis of spatial relation precise inspection for radar antenna. It has a better practical value in practice.
