The titanium alloy is one of the main construction materials used for advanced aircraft and aeroengine. Its application level has been the significant indicator estimating whether the technique to choose aircraft's materials is good or not and an important aspect influencing fighter plane's performance. But the proportion of titanium used in battle plane in our country is only up to 2% which means a large gap with such countries as Russia, USA and so on. Therefore it seems an urgent affair to develop the study and application technique for titanium alloy it seems an urgent affair to develop the study and application technique for titanium alloy material in our country.TA21, a kind of approximate & titanium alloy with the nominally chemical compostiton of Ti-1Al-1Mn, which has great comprihensve capability and outstanding jointing performance had ben developed successfully by former Soviet. Ist bubal material is mainly used for areoenglne's systems of oil leakage, ventilation, gas-fired exhausting system's tube below 250℃.The paper introduces a processing techniques route, namely hot pressing-hot disposition-machining surface, which studied and confirmed parameters of hot pressing deformation and the technique ones of machine pricessing and hot disposition and acquired the thich wall tube product hot machined with good precision whose all indexes meting technique demand. This paper also does the research of emphasizing cold roll transmogrification per time, rate of diameter reducing and wall reducing, tube flan's hot disposition technique and its surface treating methods so as to deal with its poor machining plasticity. At the same time, it mainly takes a systemic study of finished product anneal temperature, heat preservation time and the relation between cold processing rate and tubeproduct's tissue capability for excellent steady tissue capability. Feasible techniqe route for colds hot processing tube product could be confirmed.The paper carried out all-sided performance measure analysis and application study by comparing with the titanium tube product of o t 4-0 and n t -7 m introduced from Russia. It is obvious that all specificationsof tube product by stables reliable^ high-level performance can entirely fulfill the concerning skill demand and arrive at the level of international counterpart and replace the imported products and fill up national blank.The techniques for TA21 titanium tube comnfirmed by this paper which was gained in casae of industrialization production and could recurred via production practice prove reasonable s steady and reliable.
