In this search, most of work was done in order to master how to make the cordierite suspension with low viscidity but high percentage of solid-state. We also got the ZETA curve of cordierite suspension. Then we found the balance point of ZETA for cordierite suspension was Ph3, the surfaces of granule were with negaelectric property. At pH11 point, ZETA was -36mV. And we also found that anionic dispersant is better than other for Cordierite Suspension.The differences of Suspension's viscidities were mainly caused by the changes of Suspension double-electric layer. From this search, we found that 55Vol% Cordierite Suspension can be produced with pH12 and 3. 35Vol‰ of anionic dispersant. At the same time, we found the viscidity was lower than 10 Pa.S. And we also succeed in making the honeycomb cordierite ceramic based on above results.
