Wet dust collector is a quite important method of purifying atmosphere in modern industry.With the air pollution becoming serious and each industrial department enhancing the letting standard , high performance wet dust collector becomes important and necessary. At the same time,the theory of the wet dust collector is not perfect,so it is becoming important to study the theory of the wet dust collector.The article researched one improving structure of spraying tower frequently applied in the industry,and removing dust performance experiment was made on the spraying tower improved before and after.The experiment anayzed and contrasted the performance of spraying tower improved before and after in the aspects —spraying quantity,dust paniculate concentration in the entrance,and got the relation between removing dust efficiency and spraying quantity, and obtained the optimizing spraying quantity. Through experiment ,we find the improving structure of spraying tower not only inherits the advantages of traditional spraying tower—the weight is little, the structure is simple,and the price is cheap,but also get the advantages —removing dust efficiency is much enhanced and all kinds of diameter particulate removing dust efficiency is high.The improving structure of spraying tower is one removing dust equipment of deserving generalized and having applied value in industry.The article researched the collecting theory of spraying tower. The article anatomized different processes such as inertia collide , diffuse and deduced the efficiency formula of dust collection.The efficiency formula was validated by the experimental result. These research provided basis and technology support for theory perfect of wet dust collection .
