Tapping is a wide method of processing interior thread. When tapping the little diameter in the material of difficult processing, there usually exist a lot of questions such as tapping torsion heavy, thread accuracy low, rejecting rate high. But the questions can be solved if adopt the method of low frequency vibration tapping. A lot of experiments prove that vibration tapping can obtain high quality in the processing interior thread and cutting strength is little, cutting temperature is low and processing efficiency is higher. This research plans to do some study about vibration tapping apparatus. Employ perpendicularity to analyze the influence of every parameter in order to confirm the best craft parameter in an all-round way.
