Reserch on the synthesize of inorganic material by microemulsion technology has the hotspot on material chemistry research. Nano-sized ZrO2 shows many peculiar characters because of quantum effect ,surface effect ,etc. On the other, it can not be applied extensively for the shortcomings of coacervation easily and reclamation difficulty. Nano-sized ZrO2 is assembled on some carriers with a certain form, which is one of the valid paths to resolve these problems. In this study ,We have prepared ZrO2 nanopowder by microemulsion technology. On the basis of this, nano-sized ZrO2 is assembled on PS sphere and ordered structure of ZrO2 in micrometer scale is deposited on glass base.The main contents of this paper are showed as below:(1 ) Preliminarily study on the phase behavior above w/o microemulsion system of P-Octylpolyethylene glycol phenylether(OP)/ n-pentanol/ cyclohexane/Zr4+ solution and the influences of temperature,contration of Zr4+ and non-ionic surfactant OP etc .on the extent of microemulsion;(2)Nano-sized ZrO2 is prepared by the microemulsion system of P-Octylpolyethylene glycol phenylether(OP)/ n-pentanol/ cyclohexane/Zr4+ solution. The influences of temperature,contration of Zr4+,pH, the temperature of calcination, the form of lavation and dryness on the sizes of particle are studied. The contrast on single-microemulsion and double-microemulsion are showed. Several influence factors are discussed on the congregation of nanopowders;(3)By the form of w/o microemulsion and LbL technology, nano-sized ZrO2 is successfully assembled on PS sphere. Nanostruture PS/ ZrO2 are characterized by means of TG, EDSand SEM;(4)On the basis of w/o microemulsion and gravity self-assembly technology, ordered-structures nano- ZrO2 with different shapes are deposited on glass base. The influence of different conditions on ordered-stuctrue are studied. The mechanism of assembly on the ordered-structure is briefly discussed.
