Different ways of scrubbing CO2 and lasted research evolvement in the world is summarized in this paper firstly. Due to increasing CO2 concentration in atmosphere which arouse greenhouse effect and make environment destroyed. Therefore, study of scrubbing CO2 is arousing people's attention. But at present, the majority of studies are to discuss how to separate, concentrate and stockpile carbon dioxide. CO2 is not genuine scrubbed. Under super-gravity field condition, mass transfer and reaction rate of gas and liquid was increased. Therefore, the based theory that ammonia reacts with CO2 intensified by rotating packed bed reactor under constant pressure and products ammonia bicarbonate was studied in this paper. More 50 percent Bicarbonate (HCO3) from NH4HCO3 can react with calcium and magnesium-ion in soil and product carbonate, and result in permanent sequestration of CO2.By theoretic analysis and simplifying condition, macroscopical transfer -reaction dynamic mathematical model between ammonia and scrubbing CO2 in rotating disk-packed bed with cross-current were founded. The relation between ratio of scrubbing CO2 and some parameters were studied by experiment such as rotation speed, ammonia concentration, ammonia flux, carbon dioxide concentration in entrance gas, flow rate of CO2 and so on. Optimum operation technical parameters were obtained in this experiment. Main production is ammonia bicarbonate by analyzing element of solid-production. In conclusion, ammonia could absorb low concentration carbon dioxide from flue gas in plant under super-gravity field and obtain carbon bicarbonate. The relation between structural parameters and ratio of scrubbing carbon dioxide were also studied by altering structural parameters in experiment in order to obtain optimum parameters. It is also tiny difference by comparing experimental value with theoretical value. However, experimental result and mathematical model keep basic consistent.
