| The food standardization of our country began in the 1950s. so far we have established a relatively perfect standard system and made some achievements, but there are still many issues exist, such as standards chiasma; repeat and vacancy; few kinds of contaminants involved in food contaminants MRLs standards; standards lag and low to update; lack of a comprehensive flat to share and popularize standards and coalesce with international standards after joining WTO.To resolve these issues step by step, we must have a general comprehension to the MRLs standards of food contaminants firstly; and find the idiographic issues lying in the standards; then to straighten out and modify them. This study was carried out mainly based on national and industrial standards of contaminants MRLs in food. In the study, the following achievements were made by comprehensively studies on national and industrial standards of contaminants MRLs in food. 1.Establishing data-base of MRLs index value about food contaminants and query system of meshwork though which MRLs of appointed contaminants in a certain food and particular information of limits values origin can be found , namely http://www.cnis.gov.cn:8080/cnis/default.jsp. The database is divided into following six parts in term of the kinds of contaminants. a) Database of MRLs index value of pesticide in food. b) Database of MRLs index value of veterinary medicine in food. c) Database of MRLs index value of food additive in food. d) Database of MRLs index value of radioactive contaminants, metal, nonmetal and chemistry contaminants in food. e) Database of MRLs index value of deleterious microorganism in food. f) Database of MRLs index value of biologic toxin in food.The data-base of MRLs index value about food contaminants is the most all-around query system of meshwork, which can satisfy the basic requirements of domestic or overseas for standards of food quality and safety; provide important gist for decision-making and manage of government,...
