The study selected Urumqi City 4 representative path for monitoring points ,for the TSP consecutive year low of the sampling and TSP and the lead for analysis. The results showed :1.The Urumqi City Low Altitude Air on both sides of the road TSP serious pollution, four monitoring points, on average 0.620 mg. m-3, beyond national environmental quality standards TSP concentration levels 0.30 mg. m-3 twice。2. TSP roads on both sides of lead pollution limits are not exceeded national standards, four monitoring points, the average 0.383μg. m-3beyond Urumqi City atmospheric background values (0.24μg. m-3) 59%。3. TSP concentration space, the monitoring points are significant differences (t=4.3632, P<0.01), the monitoring points TSP content Classification : shuinichang (0.782 mg. m-3) > xibeilu(0.777 mg. m-3) >huijiayuan (0.553 mg. m-3) >jiujiawan (0.386 mg. m-3). Time Classification: winter (12~2 months) > spring (3~5 months) >summer (6~8 months) > autumn (9~11 months). Owing to the non-heating period is markedly higher than that for the week TSP concentration changes : Saturday>Sunday>Monday>Tuesday>Wednesday>Thursday>Friday.4. TSP lead in time and space have also markedly different space, the four points lead content classification : xibeilu (0.505μg. m-3) > shuinichang (0.428μg. m-3) >huijiayuan (0.371μg. m-3) > jiujiawan (0.226μg. m-3).
