Along with the development of our country urbanization advancement as well as the situation development between the fish breeding and poultry raising and the crop production separation present, the environment question caused by the formalization piggry become more and more prominent, specially the question related pig farm excrement sewage processing standards emissions .Many results of investigation and much correlation literature indicated that there is three kinds of sewage processing pattern in the domestic and foreign pig farm.Such as patten of feed back to the soil,nature processing pattern,and factorization processing pattern.From the processing technology which used,there are anaerobic process,aerobic process and others.Many formalization pig farm in our country have done the work of waste water treatment.The ratio of piggery waste water treatment in our country is still very low,though there are many methods have been used.And much research about piggry waste water processing neglected the important things about the material racycling , as well.In fact,the pollutant in the piggery waste water is the resources which has been put in the wrong position.Piggery wastewater is a kind of water that contains high organism concentration.We put forward the following treating processes: High efficiency separation of solid and liquid(coagulation-deposition + tray filter)--Anaerobic process(UASB)--Aerobic process(SBR).This processes will remove most of the suspended material before biochemical treating, which decreases the concentration of organism and NH4+-N, and reduces the organism charge and the disturbance of suspended material in the following biochemical treating. UASB and SBR processes can remove plentiful of organism and NH4+-N. This processes will make the piggery wastewater up to scratch, and especially in high temperature southern areas, it has a favorable application prospect.The main contents of the experiments include the choices and their partnership of coagulants and assistant coagulants, tests on the hydraulic condition of coagulation reaction, the start-up of UASB reactor, mainly testing the influencing factors of reactors including temperature, hydraulic residence time, organism charge and so on, analyzing the poisonous materials, researching the effect of quadratic input to SBR.The experiments indicate that the start-up of UASB is fast, it functions steadily, and has a good removing effect of organism. The whole processes can remove 99% of suspended granule material, more than 97% of organisms,96% of NH4+-N and TP of piggery wastewater. The concentration of CODcr,BOD5,NH4 + -N and TP of output can up to scratch of GB18596-2001.Considering overall benefit of the pig gery wastewater treatment , and the environment ecology significance.The discussion to the waste water processing technical process of entire formalization pig plant has also been carried out in the last of this experimental study.
