With the decreasing of the coal resources in shallow bed, coal mining will shift to be in deep one after the other. While mining in deep may encounter more complex problem than mining in shallow, for instance, the rock mass is weak, the joint and cranny has developed, the stratum pressure is more bigger, the deformation quantities of the surrounding rock of the roadway is increased evidently, the deformation velocity is quick, the supporting is shattered badly, the maintenance quantities of the roadway is enhanced acutely, and so on. Therefore, it is urgently essential to study the mechanism of the deformation and breakage of the surrounding rock of the deep roadway by way of the study precondition of the supporting theory, in order that the coal mining is on safety and high efficiency.Using polarizing microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other correlative apparatus, the thesis has studied the physics and mechanics property of the roadway rock mass of +600m level in No.38 mining region, and has researched the convergence monitoring and underground pressure observation of the roadway. Based on the underground pressure theory, the typical breakage character of surrounding rock are deduced in theory, the mechanical model of the roof-floor is set up, and the key strata theory , the block theory, the elasticity mechanics are applied in studying the deformation and breakage of roadway. At the same time, the rock mechanics numerical simulation software FLAC3D is used to study the deformation and breakage of roadway.Based on above research, the deep limit of deep roadway in No. 1 Coal Mine of Shi zuishan has been produced; the three kinds of typical deformation and breakage of the roadway has been put forward; the shearing slip expressions of the roof-floor and supporting expressions in retaining the stability of the roof-floor has been gained.
