Study On Nanometer ZnO Manufacture Technics By Homogeneous Sedimentation Method

It makes a summary of the developmental survey and actuality, fundamental characters, applications and manufacture methods of manometer materials including study actuality and application future of manometer zinc oxide in the paper, and the manufacture study of manometer powders was thought to be one of important steps in the manufacture and application of high property materials, limitations existed in the current manufacture methods of manometer zinc oxide have also been pointed out, and new technicses were put forward aiming at the problems in chemical sedimentation.It discusses the synthesizing scheme of manufacturing predecessor-zinc hydroxide in the method of sedimentation, problems existed in it also were pointed out. Factors which influence the homogeneous sedimentation have been systematically investigated ,such as temperatures and times of solution hydrolyzing reaction, the kind and dosage of exterior dispersant, the pH value of solution hydrolyzing, the Moore ratios of raw materials, the temperatures and times of calcinations, all of the above factors can influence the granularity of zinc oxide, the results indicates that under the conditions of the Moore ratio of raw materials is 1 to 2, the temperature and time of hydrolyzing reaction was 80 ℃ and 4 hours respectively, PHSA is used as exterior dispersant and the dosage of which was 0.35%, the value of pH was 7.0, the predecessor of zinc hydroxide can be produced. The best circumstances of the calcination technics is : the temperature and time of calcination was 600 ℃ and 3 hours respectively. It proves that Manometer zinc oxide which is produced through the above method is hexagonal crystallization, and the granularity was about 70nm according to analyse of the predecessor temperature difference and tests such as XRD, BET, TEM and degree of purity analyse, etc.With the method of solution chemistry, it explains the influence of solution hydrolyzing...
