ElectroPlating is one of the most serious three polluting industry in the world, every year the waste water of the plating industry in our country which released into nature have reached as much as 4,000,000,000m3.The electroplating waste water contains many heavy metals such as chromium, cadmium, nickel, cuprum, zinc. So the direct emission of it will lead to produce great negative effect for ecosystem, human health, industry production and living. At present, the electroplating waste water disposal methods mainly have chemical reagents sedimentation method, ion exchange method, evaporation recovery electrolysis method, reverse osmosis and so on.Recently, experts find that the nature pyrite can dispose heavy metals waste water, FeS have the primary effect. It spreads widely and have low price. The dissertation uses the FeS to dispose the electroplating heavy metals waste water to provide references for using nature pyrite to dispose heavy metals waste water in electroplating. The task adapts synthetic mix water and do lab experiment, choosing flame atomle absporption spectrometric method to test .The dissertation study the disposing rate and effective factors of the electroplating waste water which contains Cr6+,Zn2+,Ni2+ and the mixed electroplating waste water which contains Cr6+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+and Pb2+.The disposing mechanism is researched .The research results indicate that both the single ion waste water and mixed ion waste water, have a good disposing effection.Under the adapted experiment conditions, for the single ion waste water, all ion's disposing ration ration is up to 100%.For the mixed ion waste water ,the average disposing ration: Cr6+: 100%, Cd2+: 97.70%, Cu2+: 99.33 %, Zn2+: 96.95%, Ni2+: 93.34%, Pb2+: 97.65%.The main factors influencing the disposing effection have vibration time, vibration velocity, FeS dispensing dose and FeS particles, the waste water's concerntration and pH.Through the deposition spectral analysis, absorption co-precipitation, flocculation and coagulation, but the main effect is chemic precipitation reaction.
