Study On The Synthesis And Application Of Thiiran Resins

In this article, thiirane resin was synthesized by the reaction of corresponding epoxy resins with KSCN. The quantitative analysis of content of epoxy groups in thiirane/epoxy resin was performed by using FTIR. The synthetic conditions influencing the conversion of epoxy group was systemically investigated. In addition, two kind of low viscosity thiirane resins, ES660 and AES, were synthesized respectively. The diluted effect of ES660 on standard epoxy resin was measured by a NDJ Viscometer. The pure thiirane resin was obtained by gel chromatogram column. Furthermore, the obtained thiirane resin was characterized by FTIR, ~1H NMR, Mass Spectra and DSC respectively. The aforementioned quantitative analysis method was testified by ~1H NMR.
