With the development of industry, the available resource become more and more shorter, considering of the economy, complete use of resource, environmental protection and green industrial process etc, the industrial waste water is necessary to be recycled, and the process of blow can make the volatile organic solute out of waster water without decomposition of microorganism, it is advantage to recycle the waster water, so it is essential to research the characteristic of the volatilization course. The mass transfer rates of volatile organic solute from dilute water solution to atmosphere were determined using the method of blowing and weighing. The volatile organic solutes include ketones, benzenes, esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons. The result shows that the rate of halogenated hydrocarbons and the benzenes are faster than ketones and esters, and the alcohols are the slowest. This mass transfer rates were also calculated with the math model based on the two film model theory. The results of the experiments and calculations agreed with each others, which showed that the math model can be applied to the calculation of gas-liquid system. The flow field, pressure field, and concentration field of volatilization course...
